Life is Popping Out All Over
May 22, 2007 on 11:46 pm | In General, Notes From the Garden, Photography |Life is popping out, showing its colors, the vibrancy a blaze of beauty, as the snapdragons in my garden dance in the wind.

I have a fondness for snapdragons stemming back to my childhood. I remember pinching the new blossoms, and opening the “dragon’s mouth”, listening to the snapping sound that emanated from the blossom.

Snapdragons come in many colors, including pink, white, orange and yellow. They add such a wonderful contrast to any garden, and look fantastic in borders, edging a walkway, or in front of hedges.
